This Court, on 23rd December, 2025, had issued notice to the respondents, making it returnable on 30th December, 2025. Mr. Deogade, learned counsel, has tendered across the bar an affidavit of service dated 30th December, 2025, which is taken on record, stating that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have been duly served. However, despite service, none appears on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. It is apparent from the affidavit of service that the respondents have been recently served.

In view of the above, one more opportunity is granted to the respondents to appear before this Court and oppose the present writ petition so also the grant of further interim relief. Accordingly, the matter is posted on 5th January, 2026.
