During the pendency of this petition since the petitioner came to be terminated, the petition has become infructuous as in the present petition, the prayer is for quashing and setting aside the transfer order. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of, with liberty to file a fresh raising a challenge to the transfer order, if he succeed in the proceeding challenging a termination. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
