Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this petition is fully covered by the order dated 28th November, 2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.466 of 2025. The respondents shall go through the order dated 28th November, 2025 and act accordingly. 4.

Considering the clarity of the legal position, we do not deem it necessary to grant interim relief." 2.

Learned counsel for respondents seeks time. Granted. 3.

In addition to the judgment noted in previous order, the respondents shall go through the judgment dated 09.01.2026, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7718/2025 (M/s. Paras Stone Industries, through Proprietor Vs. Union of India and anr.) and judgment of Kerala High Court dated 05.02.2025, in Writ Petition No.258/2025 (Jt. Commissioner (Intelligence & Enforcement) .Vs. Lakshmi Mobile Accessories).
