The learned counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. However, he submits that some time will be required to approach the Competent Court/Authority by filing necessary proceedings, as permissible under law. He therefore prays that the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 24.12.2025, may be continued for a limited period.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Competent Court/Authority, as permissible under law.

The status quo granted by this Court, vide order nd.thawre

2/2 dated 24.12.2025, i.e., not to take any coercive action, shall continue for a period of four weeks from today.
