Original name was recorded as 'Om Narayan Lonkar'. However, the petitioner submits that in fact 'Om Purushottam Lonkar'. She points out to the order of the Scrutiny Committee where the name 'Om Purushottam Lonkar' is recorded.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to amend the name of the petitioner from 'Om Narayan Lonkar' to 'Om Purushottam Lonkar'.
