When the matter is listed today before this Court, even today, none appears for the petitioner. Perusal of the prayer clause reveals that the petitioner had approached this Court, seeking direction to the respondents to consider his application for the Selection of Dealers for Regular and Rural Retail Outlets as per the advertisement dated 28-06-2023. The petitioner has sought challenge to the communication dated 08-09-2025, whereas the respondent no.2 has rejected his application and thus had prayed for stay to the aforesaid communication. The present writ petition which was filed in September, 2025 is listed today.

In fact, by efflux of time, the efficacy in the challenge has been rendered infructuous. In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition as infructuous.
