The petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned order dated 12.12.2025 passed by respondent No.2 Tahsildar, Maregaon so also the order dated 17.12.2025 passed by respondent No.1 Sub Divisional Officer, Wani, District Yavatmal. The petitioner is also praying for releasing of his vehicle bearing Truck No.MH-27-DT-1683 in the interest of justice.

In view of above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 07.01.2026.
