The petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned order dated 11.12.2025 passed by respondent No.2 Tahsildar, Morshi so also the order dated 23.12.2025 passed by respondent No.1 Sub Divisional Officer, Morshi. The petitioner is also praying for releasing of his vehicle bearing Truck No.MH-27-BX-8502 in the interest of justice. 3.

In view of above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 07.01.2026.
