An innocuous prayer has been made in the present writ petition whereby the petitioner is praying for direction to respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner (at page no.94) seeking benefits of 7th Pay Commission. 2.

Considering the prayer clauses of the petition, we are of the opinion that the purpose will be served if the petition is disposed by issuing direction to respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated period. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of furnishing of copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce
