3. At the request of Ms. Priyanka Kamat, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, the matter is directed to be posted again on 10.02.2026, High on Board, so as to enable her to take instructions if she would appear for Respondent No. 2.
4. Considering the submissions made at the Bar that the issue is covered under the previous judgments of this Court i.e. in Larsen and Toubro Ltd. Vs Union of India & Others, [2024 SCC OnLine Bom 3565] and in the case of Mahindra and Mahindra Vs. Union of India, [(2023) 3 Centax 261 (Bom)], which decision was upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Union of India Vs. Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., [(2023) 9 Centax 361 (S.C.)], an attempt would be made to finally dispose of this Petition on the next date, failing which, the prayer for ad-interim relief will be considered. Parties to come prepared accordingly.
