Mr Amonkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, submits that the alleged grievance of the Petitioners in this case was on account of the fact that despite the complaint being lodged with the Respondent no.2, no action was being taken in the matter. However, Mr Amonkar learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that after the Writ Petition has been filed show cause notices have been issued to the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 along with stop work order. Therefore, it is evident that some action has already been initiated by the Respondent No.2. In view of the above, by providing a timeline for bringing the show cause 2nd February, 2026

WP 13 of 2026 notice to its logical end, the Writ Petition be disposed of. The said submission is not opposed by the Respondent No.2.

2. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are also present.

3. Considering the nature of the controversy involved in the present proceedings, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the rival claims, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that the proceedings before Respondent No.2 be taken to its logical conclusion, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. Respondent No.2 shall pass a reasoned order after granting proper opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties. AMIT S. JAMSANDEKAR, J.
