1. Pursuant to the Order dated 25.04.2026 passed in Writ Petition No.469/2026(F), whereby we had vacated an interim relief granted to the Respondent No.1 in this Petition, the Mamlatdar of Bardez, has taken possession of the property with the building under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. The possession was taken over under the Panchanama dated 15.04.2026 by the Mamlatdar of Bardez as reported to the District Magistrate in terms of Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. A copy of the Panchanama report dated 15.04.2026 and the communication dated 11.05.2026 to the District Magistrate, North 15th June, 2026

21 WP 17 2026 Goa, are placed on record.

In this view of the matter, the relief sought in this Writ Petition is rendered infructuous; consequently, nothing further survives in this Petition, which is disposed of in view of the possession having been taken over.
