1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.
2. Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, submits that the structure which is the subject matter of the demolition order dated 11.12.2023, passed by the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA), has now been demolished and removed from the site. He further submits on instructions that, in view of the demolition of the offending structure, he wishes to withdraw this petition.
3. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 16th January, 2026

4. It is made clear that the withdrawal of this petition shall not come in the way of GCZMA in inspecting the site and ascertaining whether compliance with the demolition order dated 21.12.2023 is complete and if the structure or any part is found at the site, GCZMA to execute its order in full.
