The learned Advocates for the parties submit that they would make a request to the Trial Court, which has listed the matter tomorrow i.e. 24.01.2025 for final arguments, to adjourn the hearing of the matter. The Trial Court is requested to defer the final arguments of the suit to any date after 10.02.2025.
