1. Mr. Ajay Menon, learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that Respondent Nos.1(a) and 1(b) have expired without leaving any legal representatives to be brought on record. Mr. Kavlekar for the Respondents confirms this submission. Accordingly, the death/demise of Respondent Nos.1(a) and 1(b) shall be recorded in the cause title by carrying out amendment forthwith. Insofar as Respondent No.3(a) is concerned she has expired leaving Respondent No.3(b) to 3(h), who are children and their spouses on record. Consequently, the cause title be amended forthwith to incorporate the fact that Respondent No.3(a) has passed away.

2. Insofar as Respondent No.1(d) is concerned, Mr. Kavlekar, on instructions, submits that Respondent No.1(d) expired without leaving any legal representatives. Mr. Menon appearing for the Petitioner would take instructions in that regard.

3. Place the matter on 20/03/2025.

4. It is submitted that the proceedings are fixed before the trial Court tomorrow. The trial Court shall grant the Plaintiff's application to bring the legal representatives on record, if such application is filed, update the cause title of the suit. Thereafter, the trial Court may adjourn the proceedings to any date after 20/03/2025. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
