1. Learned Advocate Mr. G. K. Sardessai for the Petitioner submits that he has instructions from the Petitioner to withdraw the challenge to the impugned order dated 10.10.2024 which has decided Exhibit 12 in the application under Section 2A of the I.D. Act registered as Application No.15/2023 before the Industrial Tribunal. He submits that the challenge to the order would not be pressed for in this petition, and the right to challenge the same could be reserved to the Petitioner if the final award is decided against the Petitioner.

2. Consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 10.10.2024 in the petition, in the event that the final award in the aforementioned 24th November, 2025

WP 47 of 2025 application before the Tribunal is held against the Petitioner.

3. Needless to state, all other contentions which may have been raised by the parties before the Tribunal are left for the Tribunal to decide on their own merits.
