After hearing the matter for some time, the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition praying for leave to challenge the orders impugned in this Petition, i.e. order dated 07.12.2024, 11.12.2024 and 07.01.2025 in an appeal, in the event that the decree which may be passed in this suit is passed against the Plaintiff/Petitioner.

2. The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave as prayed for.
