1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. There is absolutely no cause for contending that on 14.01.2026, the Petitioner has failed to appear before the Commercial Court, which was the date fixed for the Petitioner to give clarification on the address of Respondent No.1, which is the stage pending since October, 2025, the matter is now being posted on 23.03.2026.

3. Considering that the Commercial Court has clearly set out in the Roznama on 27.01.2026 that the only reason the matter has not proceeded forward is for consideration of the clarification to be given 11th February, 2026

WP 107 of 2026 by the Petitioner, it is quite clear that the Commercial Court will hear the petition on clarification on 23.03.2026. It is therefore not required to give direction to the Commercial Court, as it has clearly recorded in the Roznama that clarification is required to be given by the Petitioner on 23.03.2026. Suffice to state that the Petitioner should appear on that date and give clarification in which case, the Commercial Court would obviously proceed with the matter.

4. The petition stands disposed of.
