After hearing the matter for some time, Mr Saudagar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Mamlatdar for such reliefs as permissible under the Goa, Daman and Diu Mundkars (Protection from Eviction) Act, 1975.

2 Considering the fact that the Petitioner has already filed declaration proceedings under Section 8A of the Goa, Daman and Diu Mundkars 19th January, 2026

WP 145 of 2025 (Protection from Eviction) Act, 1975, the Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted aforesaid.
