2. It is further submitted that the present Petitioner has been impleaded therein as Respondent No.2 and that the said proceedings are made returnable on 10/04/2026. The Petitioner, who is represented before this Court, waives service of notice in the said Panchayat Revision Application. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 4 to furnish a copy of the Revision Application to the learned counsel for 6th April, 2026
