2. Mr Borkar, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate representing respondent nos.1 and 2 has instructions to make a statement that respondent no. 2 shall decide the Panchayat Appeal No. ADP-I/Socorro/P.A.59/ 2021/1431 within a period of three months.
