2. Since Mr Faldessai raises no specific objection to the amendment 19th August, 2025

WP 189 of 2025 and we deem it necessary for effective adjudication, Misc. Civil Application No.204/2025 is made absolute.

Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The amended copy of the petition would be served upon Me Faldessai, who represent the respondents, who is at liberty to file a reply, if necessary, as we find that even to the main petition no response is received from the respondents.
