The specific grievance of the petitioner is despite a temporary injunction being granted in his favour by the Senior Civil Judge at Margao, stop-work notices are issued to him by the SGPDA. Mr Parag Rao has marked his appearance for respondent no.4 - Municipal Council.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered an affidavit of service reflecting that the SGPDA has been served. The said affidavit of service is taken on record. However, since none represent them, we 31st July, 2025

WP 262 of 2025 permit fresh notice of the hearing to be served upon the SGPDA and if there is failure to mark appearance on its behalf, we make it clear that we shall hear the petitioner and pass necessary orders taking that Authority is not interested in traversing the grievance.
