It is pointed out that the main reliefs sought in this case is against Respondent No. 2-South Goa Planning Development Authority (SGPDA), but the learned Counsel appearing for the said Authority is not present today, although his name is shown on the Board. In view of the above, stand over to 03.02.2026.

2. The Petitioner shall intimate the learned Counsel appearing for the SGPDA about the next date of hearing. We make it clear that if the Counsel continues to remain absent, even on the next date, we will 8th January, 2026
