1. By way of this Misc. Civil Application, the Petitioner seeks permission to amend the Writ Petition No. 272 of 2025, which is at serial no. 12 on today's Board. The amendment as sought is quite substantive inasmuch as the Petitioner seeks to amend the cause title to add four new parties, the prayer clause pleadings to include subsequent 10th June, 2026

903 MCA(F) 1557 2026 developments, and permission to file additional documents.

2. In these circumstances, Mr. Karpe, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant-Original Petitioner, is desirous of withdrawing the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.

3. Permission to withdraw the Writ Petition is granted. In view of the fact that the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, nothing survives in the present Misc. Civil Application. The Application is also disposed of as infructuous.
