At the request of Mr Parab, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.1, 3 to 12, list this petition again on 14.01.2026, so as to enable him to take instructions regarding the specific timeline for completion of demolition process and also the reason as to why the same has not been carried out till date. Depending on the instructions obtained by Mr Parab, the learned Additional Government Advocate, this Court will consider passing appropriate orders including an order of personal appearance of the officers responsible, if so required. 12th January, 2026

WP 290 of 2025 Mr De Souza, the learned counsel for Respondent No.13 has tendered affidavit cum report today which is taken on record. The Petitioner may file response to the same.
