The Petitioner seeks a direction to the Administrator of Devalaya, i.e. Respondent No.3, to hear and dispose of the Petitioner's complaints dated 01.01.2023 and 09.02.2024. The statement is made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, Mr Vernekar, on behalf of Respondent No.3 that the complaints are presently being heard and an endeavour would be made to dispose of the same in the shortest possible time.

2. On considering the nature of the allegations made in the complaints, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.3 to dispose of both the complaints preferably by 31.07.2026. 10th June, 2026
