The limited prayer in this Petition is for directions to the Respondent no. 3 to expeditiously hear and dispose of the pending Panchayat Appeal no. 1 of 2022 filed by the Respondent no. 5 on 31.12.2021 before the Respondent no. 4 within a time-bound manner.

2. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for Respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4 states, on instructions, that the said application shall be decided within a period of three months by giving opportunity to all the parties concerned. The statement is recorded and accepted.

3. Needless to add, that hearing shall also be given to Respondent no. 5 before deciding her appeal. Parties are expected to cooperate for the expeditious disposal of the appeal. If the appeal is expeditiously disposed of, there can be no prejudice caused to any of the parties.
