This is a Petition with a prayer for direction to the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to decide the Complainant's complaints dated 16.04.2025 and 13.08.2025. The complaints were for taking necessary action in accordance with law against the structures of Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 within a time-bound period.

2. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for Respondent No. 2-Deputy Director of Panchayats, Respondent No. 3-Town and Country Planning Department and Respondent No. 4-Block Development Officer states that vide the order dated 11.11.2025, the Deputy Director of Panchayats, South Goa, Margao 9th December, 2025

WP 412 of 2025 has assumed the powers of the Panchayat under Section 66(5) of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.

Learned Additional Government Advocate for these Respondents states that the Petitioner's complaints shall now be processed by the Deputy Director of Panchayats.

The statement is recorded and accepted.

3. Since the complaints are pending for some time, Respondent No. 2 is requested to process and decide the complaints within a period of five months from today, after giving notice and hearing to the aggrieved, concerned and affected parties.

4. The Petition is disposed of.
