1. Learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 has placed on record an affidavit in which he claims that the entire structure, which was required to be demolished, has not been cleared from the site on the land surveyed under Survey No. 132/0 of village Camurlim.
2. Learned Advocate Mr. Kalangutkar, appearing for Respondent No. 1, has placed on record an affidavit of the Secretary along with the photographs which depict the entire floor, which is stated to have been cleared to be demolished, is still in existence. The learned Advocate for Respondent No. 1 submits that pending work would be cleared and 15th January, 2026
WP 417 of 2025 the site will be restored to its original condition.
3. List this matter on 20.02.2026, on which date the Secretary of the Camurlim Panchayat shall file a fresh compliance report with photographs of the site concerned. The Secretary shall also file an affidavit stating the steps taken to recover the costs awarded by this Court and District Court as directed in the Judgment dated 19.08.2025. The Secretary shall communicate the date and time when the demolition squad will carry out the demolition at the site. The same may be communicated by WhatsApp to Respondent No. 2.
