1. Pursuant to order dated 12th March, 2026, Ms. Maria Simone Correia, learned Counsel who was appointed as Court Commissioner, has tendered her report. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. As per the report, the inspection of the property discloses the existence of a foundation of RCC filling which in certain sections is still covered by tiles. There is also a water tank below the surface constructed with the use of concrete.

2. It appears that the Panchayat, which was tasked with carrying out demolition and implementing this order of demolition dated 23rd 7th April, 2026

39 WP 417 2025 November, 2020, within the period of two months from the date of the said order, has left out certain portions of the RCC filling in the said premises. The Village Panchayat is, thus, directed to remove the said debris remaining to be removed from the said land within a period of one week from the date of uploading of this order. A compliance report to that effect will be filed by the Panchayat on the next date. Panchayat officials to intimate Respondent No.2 as to the time and date on which they intend to remove the debris remaining on the said premises.

3. The Court Commissioner is discharged. This Court acknowledges and appreciates the work done by the Court Commissioner.

4. Stand over to 29th April, 2026.
