1. The Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. The Petition seeks a direction to the Director of Municipal Administration to decide Appeal No.22 of 2025 under the Goa Municipalities Act. The Appeal was filed on 24.10.2025 and has been pending since.

3. Considering that the Appeal filed is in challenge to the order revoking the trade licence, we deem it appropriate to direct the Director of Municipal Administration to dispose of the Appeal by 8th June, 2026

17 WP 419 2026 31.07.2026. The Respondent No. 4, who is the original complainant, shall cooperate with the Directorate of Municipal Administration in the speedy disposal of the Appeal.
