1. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, their respective Municipal Appeals have been dismissed by the Municipal Tribunal upholding the demolition orders issued by the Chief Officer of the Mapusa Municipal Council. In effect, the Tribunal has held that both these structures, i.e. the Petitioners' and the Respondents', are illegal.

2. Learned Advocate for the Petitioners further submits, on instructions, that he would withdraw this Petition and would also withdraw the Regular Civil Suit No.260/2019/F, which is posted tomorrow, i.e. on 12.11.2025, before the 'F' Court, Mapusa. Consequently, the present Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 11th November, 2025

WP 420 of 2025 The Civil Court at Mapusa to decide, preferably within a week from today, whether the application for withdrawal of the suit is to be allowed.
