1. We have heard this matter and were of the opinion that, since Respondent No. 2 is a fully owned Government corporation herein, opportunity ought to have been given to the Petitioner, prior to the passing of the termination order dated 26.09.2025. Consequently, we request learned Counsel Mr. Agni, appearing for Respondent No. 2, to take instructions from Respondent No. 2, as to whether the impugned 22nd January, 2026

WP 427 of 2025 order would be recalled and a fresh order would be passed after hearing the Petitioner herein, and the entire process of passing such an order would be completed within a week.

2. Mr. Agni, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2, expressed that these instructions would be taken by Respondent No. 2 only after the decision being taken by the Managing Director/Board of Directors (Respondent No. 2/ Government Corporation).

3. We have therefore adjourned the matter to 30.01.2026 to enable the learned Advocate Mr. Agni, appearing for Respondent No. 2 to take instructions.
