In this Petition, a prayer is made for direction to Respondent No. 2-Panchayat to decide the Petitioner's complaint dated 16.06.2025 against the illegal construction carried out by Respondent No. 3 in a time bound manner.

According to the Petitioner, the complaint was lodged on 16.06.2025. More than five months have passed and the Petitioner is not even informed whether a decision is taken on his complaint.

2. Since the prayer is very limited, instead of issuing notice to Respondent No. 2-Panchayat, we expect Respondent No. 2-Panchayat to take a decision on the Petitioner's complaint dated 16.06.2025 as early as possible and not later than four weeks from today by giving opportunity to all the parties including the Petitioner and Respondent 1st December, 2025
