The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the Madgaum Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Margao, from whom the loan was taken, and which is the subject matter of attachment, is not made a party to this petition. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend to add the Bank as a party Respondent. Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to all the respondents, returnable on 10.12.2025.
