After the hearing the submission made at the bar, we grant leave to implead the official liquidator as party Respondent No. 4 to the Petition. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Private notice be served on the newly added Respondent to appear before this Court on the next date.

2. Since the Petitioner's Counsel has categorically submitted that her client is willing to deposit the entire amount either with the bank or the official liquidator or even with the Respondent no. 2 in satisfaction of the decreetal amount, we direct that till the next fixed date, no coercive action shall be initiated against the property of the Petitioner. 7th January, 2026
