Mr Dinesh Naik, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2, places on record a notice dated 02.12.2025 issued in Petition No.DDPN/Rev/Chimbel/Tis/05/2025/9198 filed by the Panchayat of Chimbel/Respondent No.2 in the present Petition before the Deputy Director of Panchayats North at Panaji, which is filed in challenge to the order dated 28.11.2025 impugned in this Petition. He submits that 4th December, 2025

WP 471 of 2025 the Petitioner herein has been arrayed as Respondent No.2 in the Panchayat proceedings before the Deputy Director of Panchayats North, and the same has been listed today at 04:00PM. He further submits that the Petitioner and the Respondent No.1 herein have been served by a notice of the Deputy Director of Panchayats North for the hearing listed today, i.e. on 04.12.2025.

3. In view of the notice issued by the Deputy Director of Panchayats on the revision filed before it, the learned Advocate, Mr Om D'Costa, appearing for the Petitioner, after taking instructions from the Petitioner who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition and submits that he would appear before the Deputy Director of Panchayats North today and participate in the proceedings at 04:00PM.

In this view of the matter, the present Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
