2. Mr. Cuncoliencar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, has produced a copy of the Order dated 22.01.2026 passed in Writ Petition No.472 of 2025 and submits that since the Petitioner no.1 is in the detention centre and is separated from his wife and child, the matter 27th January, 2026

WP 472 of 2025 calls for early hearing. He, therefore, seeks pre-ponement of the next date fixed in this case on 23.02.2026. The fact that the couple is separated by the detention of the petitioner no.1, is not denied. Hence, the Petitoners' Counsel submits that instead of listing the matter on 23.02.2026, the Writ Petition be fixed for hearing on 02.02.2026. In the meantime, the Respondents be directed to file reply.

3. The prayer is not opposed by learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents.

4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is directed to be listed again on 02.02.2026. Reply be filed by the Respondents on or before 30.01.2026 by serving an advance copy to the Petitioners' Counsel. The Order dated 22.01.2026 stands modified to the above terms.

5. List this Petition along with Writ Petition no. 3100 of 2025(F), on 02.02.2026.
