1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.
2. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner places on record an order of 26.09.2025 passed by the Court of the Adhoc District Judge-1 at Margao in Execution Application No.66/2023/FTC-1, by which the Execution Application at Exhibit B-1 stands disposed of, holding that the Judgment Debtor does not have the means to pay the decretal amount of the decretal Award. The Petitioner herein is one of the Judgment Debtors in the Execution Proceedings. 4th December, 2025

3. Since the Execution Proceedings is disposed of holding that the Judgment Debtor has no means to pay the amount, the cause in this petition would no longer survive.
Consequent upon the aforementioned order, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as being infructuous.
4. Needless to state that if the Respondent No.1, the original Decree Holder, chooses to challenge the order dated 26.09.2025, and succeeds in such challenge, and the Execution Proceedings are reopened, the Petitioner would be entitled to request for a reopening/revival of this petition.
5. Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
