1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. The Order impugned in this Petition is an Order dated 04.07.2025 passed under Section 4 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, against which an appeal is provided under Section 30 of the said Act. The appeal is to be filed within 60 days of the Order and is required to be accompanied by a Certificate from the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation to the effect that the Petitioner has deposited with the Commissioner the amount payable under the Order appealed.

3. There being an alternate remedy of appeal, the present Petition cannot be entertained. At this stage, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, upon instructions, craves leave to withdraw this Petition, stating that the Petitioner would lodge an appeal with an application for condonation of delay and comply with the provisions of Section 30 of the Act.

4. Consequently, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and in view of the statement made. No costs.
