1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. The Petitioner has challenged several orders passed by the executing Court, none of which called for any interference with the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court. The Petitioner today submits that he will file an affidavit of assets on 18.12.2025 at 10.00 am though the matter is now listed on 22.12.2025; the warrant of detention has been issued by the Executing Court on 09.12.2025, since the Petitioner has till date not filed such affidavit, the Executing Court shall now consider the contents of the affidavit of assets, if filed by the Petitioner/Applicant and shall decide whether the warrant of detention should be recalled or 16th December, 2025

WP 506 of 2025 should be enforced based upon such contents.
