There shall be stay to the effect and operation of impugned award dated 19/08/2022, passed by respondent no.3/Arbitrator, subject the appellant depositing 50% of the amount as per the award, within eight weeks from today. 7.

An authenticated copy of the order be issued to the appellant to act upon.
