Present application is filed for grant of stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and order dated 14.01.2025, passed by learned Principal District Judge, Washim to the extent of setting aside 'entire award' passed by Arbitrator in LA/NH-161/Jambharun Nawaji/Washim/318/2018-19.
