In the present matter, in pursuance of the notice issued by this Court, the petitioner has taken the steps to serve the respondent Nos.1 to 4 by private mode of service. The petitioner placed on record the affidavit stating that respondent Nos.1 to 4 are duly served by them. However, respondent No.1 is present but, no one appeared on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 in the matter.

It is further pointed out that today, the proceedings are fixed today before the learned Civil Court. 3.
In view of this, the petitioner is permitted to move the application for adjournment before the Civil Court pointing out the pendency of the present petition and on filing of such application, the learned Civil Court is requested to consider it positively.
