CAW NO. 13/2025 IN Writ Petition No. 24305/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated :20.01.2025 By this application, the counsel for petitioner prays for dispensing with filing of typed legible copy of faint and dark pages which is under office objections. It is stated in the application that typed legible copies of faint and dark pages are difficult to type and the petitioner does not rely on the said pages which are under office objections. Thus, the petitioner does not want to press the pages which are under office objections.

In view of the above, the application is allowed on a condition that the concerned Advocate shall undertake to supply legible pages if directed by the Hon'ble Court during the hearing.
