As per bailiff's report, noticees were not present at the time of service. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents are deliberately avoiding the service of notice. So, applicants pray for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the bailiff's report, the applicants are allowed to serve aforesaid respondents by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
