The petitioners/applicants moved the present application to amend the petition on the ground that new developments occurred during the pendency of the petition, and therefore, the petitioners/applicants want to bring those facts on record.

In view of the same, the civil application is allowed, as prayed.

The petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment within one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side.

The petitioners/applicants have contended that they have not completed five years of service at the present postings. Therefore, in terms of Clause 1.10 of the Policy dated 07/04/2021, they are entitled to retain their services at the present postings.
Learned Advocate for the petitioners/applicants has also drawn support from Clause 1.10 of the said Policy dated 07/04/2021. 2.
Prima facie, from the record, it seems that the applicants are entitled to the ad interim relief, as they contend that they have not completed five years of service at the present postings.

The parties are directed to maintain the status quo as of today till the next date.
