It is stated in the application that the Hon'ble Court granted permission to transpose petitioner no.1 to 6 as respondent nos. 5 to 10 and accordingly amendment has been made.

It is further stated that now as the management of the respondent no.5 has been changed, the newly President of respondent no.5 is required to be joined as party. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct name and details of respondent no.5 as mentioned in the application. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since, the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, if required, returnable within six weeks.
