The applicants moved this application to add them as party respondents Nos. 4 and 5, claiming that they are the founder members of the society and claiming their rights based on the alleged PTR. The learned counsel for the petitioners opposed the application, contending that the applicants are not necessary parties to the petition. Therefore, he prays for the rejection of the application to add applicants as party respondents Nos.4 and 5. 2.

We have perused the record.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, we deem it appropriate to allow the application as prayed. If the applicants are added as party respondents Nos.4 and 5, then it

The petitioners are directed to add applicants as party respondents Nos.4 and 5 within a week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within a week thereafter. 5.

List the matter on 15/04/2025.
